Does it cost anything to work with you as a tenant?
In most lease transactions, no. The landlord pays the leasing commission.
What areas do you cover?
Silicon Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Northern California.
What types of healthcare practices do you represent?
Dental, medical, veterinary, and optometry practices, and group practices. I also offer general commercial (retail, office, industrial) representation.
When should I start looking for a new location or renewing my lease?
For a new location, as early as possible. For a renewal, 9–12 months before your lease expires or renewal notice deadline.
Do you represent landlords too?
No — I represent only tenants and buyers, which avoids conflicts of interest in negotiations.
